Who we are
Noel Village is responsible for the personal information collected through this store. For any privacy question or request, get in touch through our Contact page.
Information we collect
We don't store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which processes card data in line with PCI DSS standards.
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number
- Delivery details: shipping and billing address
- Order details: the items you buy, amounts and payment status
- Browsing data: cookies, pages visited, device information and how you reached our site
How we use it
Where the UK GDPR applies, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests (such as preventing fraud and improving the store) and, for marketing and non-essential cookies, your consent.
- To process, ship and support your order
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations
- To answer your questions and handle returns
- To send order updates and, if you've agreed, news and offers
- To measure our advertising and improve the shopping experience
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, email services, hosting, analytics and advertising partners. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under California law — you can opt out at any time by contacting us, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, plus analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work properly without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
To make a request, get in touch through our Contact page. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you're in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain uses, and opt out of marketing at any time
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
Security
We use encryption in transit, restricted access and monitoring to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a serious breach where the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
